Tarts
Cherry Tart cherries with just enough sugar to keep you from puckering up atop our tender shortbread crust.
Citrus Tangy citrus curds (blood orange, passion fruit, and grapefruit) atop a sour cream custard baked in our tender shortbread crust.
Pecan Toasted pecans topped with caramel custard baked in our tender shortbread crust.

Specialty Desserts
Bûche de Noel Raspberry or Espresso Sheets of genoise, spread with a thin layer of ganache, with your choice of raspberry mousse or espresso mousse. It is then rolled and trimmed into a festive yule log. Raspberry log is finished with vanilla buttercream and Espresso is finish with chocolate ganache.

Pistachio Orange-Cranberry Torte Pistachio cake filled with a layer of blood-orange bavarian and cranberry gelee. Finished with Grande Marnier buttercream.

Sticky Toffee Pudding/Cake A traditional English date pudding baked in a bundt and served with a brandied caramel sauce.

Linzer Torte A cookie-like crust of ground almonds, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon zest, filled with delightfully tart raspberry preserves.
Panettone This Italian cake-like Christmas bread is studded with brandied raisins, our house-candied citrus, and enriched with eggs and butter. Could be breakfast or dessert!
